Paul Osaki

Paul Osaki has led the Japanese Cultural and Community Center of Northern California for over thirty-eight years. He helped build the center into a vibrant hub serving hundreds of thousands annually while strengthening the Japanese American community and preserving California’s historic Japantowns.
