Read To Achieve

The Warriors in partnership with Ross host Read to Achieve Reading Rally’s across the Bay Area to highlight the importance of reading.

Future Leaders

The Warriors teamed up with Rakuten and Girls Inc. to host Rakuten Future Leaders, a program designed to uplift the next generation of women leaders by focusing on confidence building and preparing girls for their next steps in life.

National Mentoring Month

The Warriors, in partnership with 2K, continued the Mentorship Program by providing professional development opportunities, skill-building workshops, and the pairing of mentors by Warriors employees for students from McClymonds High School with the help of MENTOR California.

STEAM Fest presented by 1Password

The Golden State Warriors and 1Password hosted STEAM Fest at Chase Center prior to the Santa Cruz Warriors vs. Rio Grande Valley Raptors game. The event included science, technology, electronic, art, and mathematics demonstrations taking place throughout Chase Center and will introduce local youth to STEAM related fields and organizations.

Fueling Young Athletes

The Warriors, in partnership with Chevron, brought youth from Richmond Promise, WCC Salesian Boys & Girls Club, and Rose the Riveter Trust to participate in two respective Warriors Basketball Academy clinics at the Warriors’ Oakland Facility. The focus of these clinics was the intersection of STEM and basketball with a special appearance from Warriors legends, Chris Mullins and Jim Barnett.
