Henry Randolph

San Francisco-Marin Food Bank

Henry Randolph has dedicated his life’s work to providing compassionate support and services for his neighbors. Born and raised in San Francisco, he first worked with youth and unhoused populations as an all-around social service extraordinaire for 20+ years, finally joining the San Francisco-Marin Food Bank in 1996. As Senior Shop Floor Manager at the Food Bank, Henry assists 250+ community organizations in obtaining fresh, nutritious groceries for their after-school programs, soup kitchens and more – often building close relationships with partners along the way. Thanks to his efforts and his deep connections to the community, the Food Bank is able to support partners in nourishing 55,000 families in San Francisco and Marin each week. Henry just celebrated his 27th year with the Food Bank and his passion and drive to end hunger inspires his colleagues every day. Outside of work, Henry enjoys spending time with family (including his seven beloved grandkids), exercising, and cheering on the Warriors.
