For the last 8 years, she served as the CEO of the Latino Community Foundation (LCF) whose mission is to unleash the civic and economic power of Latinos. Under her leadership, the Foundation raised over $100 million to advance this mission and invested $30 million into nearly 400 grassroot organizations. Today, LCF leads one of the largest networks of Latino philanthropists in the country and it is the only statewide foundation solely focused on investing in Latino leaders.
