Jocelyn Quintos serves as the Director of Accounting Operations and Systems for the San Francisco Controller’s Office. She is the President of the San Francisco Municipal Executives Association. For the past two decades she has been one of the highest ranking Filipino American managers in the City and County of San Francisco and a model public servant. She has been a mentor to countless Filipino City employees and is one of the most highly respected managers in the City. In recognition of her outstanding leadership and management of accounting operations, she received the 2012 Public Managerial Excellence Award sponsored by the Municipal Fiscal Advisory Committee of San Francisco’s Planning and Urban Research organization or SPUR. Jocelyn has served the City with integrity and creativity in her time at SFDPW, SFPUC, and the SF Controller's Office. She has led countless projects to make City accounting and procurement more efficient saving taxpayers millions of dollars. She has done her job with the highest ethical standards with deep care towards her colleagues. Many of her staff have become leaders themselves through her support and mentorship. These qualities are the reasons she has been elected by SFMEA to be their president for over 4 years. As president of the SFMEA she has ensured financial sustainability and advocated for the welfare of managers working for the City.
