Keith Collins

Keith Collins is a lawyer, entrepreneur and developer of affordable housing for well over 20 years. He is the co-founder and current Director of Operations and Programs at the Veterans Village of Santa Cruz County, a permanent supportive housing community for previously homeless Veterans and their families. Keith's company Collins Consulting, has a mission to help homeless Veterans, and other vulnerable individuals and families secure, obtain and maintain affordable housing, by developing partnerships between government agencies and private entities to provide innovative housing opportunities for all. He believes strongly that no Veteran should be unhoused and his calling is to ensure that does not happen.
