During this pandemic, our communities depend on the work of non-profits. Generation Thrive is providing local non-profits with professional development for staff, training on rebuilding fundraising platforms, and results-based cohort training, achieved through community engagement

We might be apart, but it is our goal at Generation Thrive to make sure that teachers are still building connections within their community. Generation Thrive will provide trainings for teachers in both San Francisco and Oakland to ensure that they stay connected.

Every aspect of the classroom environment should be created with racial equity in mind. Generation Thrive will share design strategies to create Anti-Racist classrooms. Educators and families will be provided resources to engage children in age-appropriate conversations about racial justice.

In any classroom, the top priority is keeping students engaged. Generation Thrive will work closely with teachers to help build effective classroom communities in virtual learning spaces. Using donations directly for school districts, we"re also helping teachers tackle the digital divide.
